Building staffing from scratch
Challenge
A new company needed staffing, start-up, contracts, documentation and administrative workflows close to daily operations.
What I did
I worked with recruitment flows, onboarding, contracts, employee documentation, dialogue with unions and DI, plus data-driven overview of staff, hours, delivery and billing basis.
Result
Staffing grew from 0 to 25 temporary workers and hired-in staff in less than two years. I also built a staffing activity at SUB-z that for five consecutive months delivered around DKK 250,000 in contribution margin per month.
What it shows about me
That I can not only create overview and staffing, but also work with activity, follow-up and operations that have direct business impact.
