SUB-z ApS

Building staffing from scratch

Challenge

A new company needed staffing, start-up, contracts, documentation and administrative workflows close to daily operations.

What I did

I worked with recruitment flows, onboarding, contracts, employee documentation, dialogue with unions and DI, plus data-driven overview of staff, hours, delivery and billing basis.

Result

Staffing grew from 0 to 25 temporary workers and hired-in staff in less than two years. I also built a staffing activity at SUB-z that for five consecutive months delivered around DKK 250,000 in contribution margin per month.

What it shows about me

That I can not only create overview and staffing, but also work with activity, follow-up and operations that have direct business impact.

Thorn Contractors ApS

Building a temporary staffing department

Challenge

A new activity had to be built from scratch with candidates, customers and daily staffing in a short time.

What I did

I worked with recruitment, customer follow-up, start-up and coordination with Polish and Romanian offices.

Result

The activity reached more than 45 active temporary workers and gained a stronger flow around foreign labor for Danish workplaces.

What it shows about me

That I can create activity in a new department and work practically across languages, countries, customers and employees.

Rebuilding an inactive department

Challenge

A department with low activity needed to be rebuilt through customer contact, candidate flow and stable temporary staffing delivery.

What I did

I worked in a focused way with sales, recruitment, IP as a CRM system, pipeline, customer needs and daily staffing follow-up.

Result

Activity was built from 0 to more than 40 active temporary workers in 11 months.

What it shows about me

That I can create progress, keep customer and candidate dialogue moving and turn activity into staffing.

Foreman experience with daily work allocation

Challenge

Operations, people, temporary workers and subcontractors had to be prioritized in a practical daily environment where progress was essential.

What I did

I allocated work, followed up on operations and kept overview of staffing, agreements and next steps.

Result

Daily operations became more manageable for the people involved, and the work could move forward with clearer priorities.

What it shows about me

That I have practical leadership and coordination experience from environments where planning has to work in reality.

Danish Red Cross Hedensted · pilotcase

Pilot case: Building structure for volunteer recruitment

Challenge

Danish Red Cross Hedensted needs a clearer structure around volunteer recruitment, start-up, follow-up and dialogue with activity leaders.

What I developed

I created the start-up foundation for Volunteer and Community with structure for recruitment, volunteer contact, dialogue with activity leaders and follow-up. I also created a GPT as a practical working tool for texts, overview and more consistent dialogue.

Preliminary result

The pilot case provides a concrete foundation for building a more consistent and useful recruitment effort. It has not yet been fully put into operation, but shows a clear model for how the work can be organized.

What it shows about me

That I can identify an organizational need, build structure from scratch and turn an unclear need into concrete workflows for recruitment, follow-up and department building.

Digital profile

AI tools used for profile and website development

Challenge

I needed a more professional and employer-oriented way to show my experience, results, skills and direction than a traditional CV alone.

What I did

I used ChatGPT, Codex, GitHub and basic HTML/CSS understanding to develop my profile website with subpages, SEO, navigation, mobile friendliness, cases and clearer positioning.

Result

I built a public profile website that brings together experience, concrete results, skills, AI experience and contact details in a more professional way.

What it shows about me

That I can use modern AI and code tools practically to create structure, communicate experience, improve communication and turn ideas into concrete digital solutions with focus on practical use rather than technical development.

Bigum & Co. · test case

Test case: AI tools for volunteer recruitment and follow-up

Challenge

Volunteer recruitment requires overview of contact, follow-up, questions, next steps and knowledge that activity leaders can use in daily work.

What I did

As part of my AI course at Bigum & Co., I worked with NotebookLM for source-based overview, FAQ content, a Gem bot built in Gemini and a volunteer_tracker.html file for overview of volunteers, contact and next steps.

Result

The test case showed how AI can make information more accessible, create overview and support a more structured volunteer effort. It is a learning project and not something that has been put into operation.

What it shows about me

That I can use AI practically to structure knowledge, build simple digital working tools and turn an idea into something that can be tested in practice.
